After Beach Bar in Kata Beach

We got food poisoning :'( sorry to tell but it was the only place we ate this day. Anyway the view was nice

Nice location with a great view, food was good and prices were ok maybe a little higher than other local places but to be expected I guess. Service was quick to take our order and bring good but pretty slow after that. All in all not a bad place

Guys it has better view than the Photo point where people go for. Just come here, enjoy a beer at 100 and thank me.

Intended to just have a beer here but the view is amazing, music is super mellow and the soft breeze is perfect. Ended up ordering an additional beer and dinner. The curry was top notch.

Location on top of the hill overlooking patong and Kathu Beach this place is perfect for watching the sunset. The restaurant has a big variety of food and what I ordered was awesome and what I saw coming onto other people's plates wasn't bad looking iether. The staff is very friendly and the prices are absolutely reasonable especially taking into consideration the location and view

Very small and expensive dishes compared to other Phuket restaurants. We ordered schnitzel, we got it small and tasty. We ordered a beef burger, arrived in a small dish like a 3 year old and not tasty. We ordered mojito, we got it in a very small glass 150 ml. In summary, expensive and not tasty

Very positive place, nice view

Great look out point over Kata to see the sunset. Food is good and well priced and the staff are very friendly. It can become quite busy around sunset but the view is worth it. You will just have to deal with everyone taking selfies around you if you are sitting right on the deck. A definite must when in Kata or surrounding.

Great views especially for the sunset. Food was good, but there is way too much European food on the menu. Concentrate on Thai food 🙂 staff were quite nice too. You have to walk ul a bit until you get there 😁 but view is worth it

Service was terrible. The waitress seemed to be angry at us or the world. Food was less than mediocre. Very bland. Worse... Overpriced. Two good points: drinks had a fair amount of alcohol, but then again they were also overpriced. And the view was great. We missed the sunset, but could still tell that it would have been a magnificent sunset view.

Beautiful view, decent prices, and great food, on the way back from Karon view point, we spent 10 mins at the view point and an hour at this restaurant

This place was fantastic!!Absolutely amazing setting. The staff are great!! Very friendly and prompt. And beautiful food too. Couldn’t recommend this enough. We met up with some friends and took our children. The staff were great with our kids too. You must go there.

Very nice place for sunset time. Great ambiance, located near karon view point. It has outdoor seating with a hillside view. You are see the hills, beach and sunset. The food is very reasonable in pricing plus looks delicious. Me and my wife have tried the fruit yogurt which was delicious. But the service is very bad, the waiters are not friendly enough plus they don't understand much English. The head of the waiteress is the rudest woman in whole Phuket.

I gave 2 star because of the view. This is the only good thing about this place. The food is horrible. And over priced. They are clearly cashing in on view. Big rip off. The staff are so unfriendly. One waitress is very angry. Clearly doesn't want to be there. Please don't think that you can come here for a drink and a good view. Those seats are reserved for people wating. however you can take pictures. I'd say, give it a miss, there will be better places. Think this place has had its day. About 10 people in compared to what it used to be. It's really not worth it .

The sunset view was great. We actually planned for sunset view at Karon Viewpoint but it was not very nice as the trees actually blocked the sun so we move to this bar for better unblocked view. Food was ok as we ordered shake and omelette only. Price on the mid high range. We spent 360 for 2 fruit shake and an pork omelette.

Superb view... Friendly staff

Amazing setting right at the top of a hill. Try your best to get a seat in the open area form where you can truly enjoy the view of the ocean. It is a very good place to try out some cocktails offered by the restaurant that go very well under a good weather and a beautiful view

Nice view after 15/20 minutes walk from kata beach. Be prepared with your suncream and water, hard walking up many hills.The food was tasty and beer was a bit expensive. But the view really is amazing, relaxing place!!

I would not recommend this restaurant as the only thing this restaurant has going for it is the view. The food is very mediocre and expensive and why is a large bottle of beer 200baht ? Unbelievable talk about over pricing . The staff are too busy looking at there telephone then looking after there customers all in all a very disappointing experience.

Much like what others have said, the view is good but the bar has a bit of a shabby junkyard feel to it and the bathrooms are hideous. We had a couple of drinks and then ordered food. Was disappointing unfortunately. But the service was gruff and unfriendly which lead to a lack of atmosphere about the place and we didn’t feel welcomed. Shame since it’s got great potential and we went out of our way to get here too. If you do come here, come for drinks only.

The view is great at this place as well as the rasta music. Food was decent on this monday..maybe better on weekends. Stay away from calamari. Was like chewing my car tire. The muscles very good.. .. ample tasty fried rice. Papaya salad was good too

Can't lie, the food here is great - but I've been visiting for a few years in a row and the prices keep going up.. now targeting more Russian tourists and less people who just want to enjoy the view with some nice food. The service is fast, but I miss the atmosphere from 3 years ago.
